The recruitment process consists of a simple and open dialogue that allows people to get to know each other better.
Through the recruitment process, we seek to assess your ability to listen and speak, your curiosity, your analytical capacity (problem solving), your creativity and ability to adapt, your knowledge of financial services and your interest in the consulting profession, not forgetting your sense of humour.
The process consists of three to four interviews generally structured as follows:
Students of engineering or business schools may join the firm for an end-of-studies internship lasting at least 6 months. You are advised to submit your application no later than three months before the internship start date.
Young graduates or candidates with one to two years of experience in operational functions in Banking and Insurance, or in strategy consulting, join Ares & Co as Business Analysts or Consultants.
If you have three years or more successful work experience in financial services or consulting, you will be hired as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager or Principal.
