Michaël graduated from ESCP-EAP in Paris. He began his career in Bank and more specifically in Trading. He joined then a consulting firm engaged in many Organizational and Change management projects. After few years, he decided to reconnect with Financial Services joining Ares & Co.
Graduated from Supélec (France), Antoine holds a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Georgia Tech (Atlanta, USA). With more than 15 years of experience in strategy advising in Financial Services, Antoine gained an extensive knowledge in risks strategy, regulation, operational Excellency and means of payment.
After graduating from École nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (French National School of Civil Engineering), Ismaïl began his professional career in bank, focused on trading activities. He joins then the Inspection Team before starting a new career in strategy consulting.
After studying at l´Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy (France), Eric began his professional career on multiple financial services projects. In 2015, he joined Ares & Co with the desire to be more involved in all aspects of running a consultancy project and to be at the centre of the business in Financial Services.
Etienne graduated from Telecom Paris. He is also an actuary and holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs. He has more than 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, acquired within famous consulting firms as Bossard Consultants, Capgemini Consulting, CVA or Arthur D. Little. Specialized in retail banking and CIB, Etienne is leading the quantitative analytics department of Ares & Co.
Roberto has about 30 years experience in assisting Financial Services companies in issues related to strategy, operations and Information Technology. He began his career in the Advisory services of KPMG and then moved to Gemini Consulting, leading the Financial Services practice in Italy. He then joined a leading outsourcing and IT services company listed in the New Market in Italy as Executive Board Member, developing new business ventures with FS clients. Later he joined Capgemini Consulting to manage major FS clients and led the acquisition and the integration of an important local IT company in Italy. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Rome University and a specialization in Management from NY University.
Graduated from the ESSEC and the Sorbonne University (3-year degree in general law), Jocelyne has nine years of experience in investment banking. As member of the Financial Institutions Group within the Global Finance Department, she was involved in the creation of one of the biggest CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligation) in Europe; her firm also acted as the sole bookrunner in the first transatlantic Tier I bond issue with fiscal optimization for a large European bank. Jocelyne participated in the creation of the biggest multi-tranche multi-currency subordinated bond for a large European insurer and launched the first subordinated perpetual debt in Europe for a French mutual insurer. She was besides member of a think tank dedicated to the creation of innovative financial products in the context of regulatory evolutions for Financial Institutions (Solvency I and II, Basel II). Jocelyne was also professor at the Finance department of the ESSEC MSc.
Amira graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris. Prior to joining Ares & Co, Amira started her career in Retail Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking. She joined Ares & Co to work closely with executives to tackle their most strategic issues.
With over 20 years of consulting experience, Olivier Dupin held the position of Vice President at Capgemini Consulting France and was in charge of Financial Services before being appointed Associate in charge of the Financial Services Department within Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. Specializing in retail banking, Olivier Dupin has spearheaded numerous international projects focusing on strategy and operational efficiency. He establishes Ares & Co in 2009 with Antoine Desjars.
Ekaterina is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies and the MGIMO university of Moscow. After a first professional experience in credit ratings and credit risk analysis, Ekaterina joined Ares & Co in 2013.
With over 20 years of consulting experience, Antoine Desjars gained extensive experience in strategic program management, specifically in the aerospace and defense sector, before embarking on a career in the financial services industry. In 2003 he began assisting a major French bank in its efforts to implement large-scale strategic transformational programs, including Basel II, PMI, and risk appetite. He establishes Ares & Co in 2009 with Olivier Dupin.
